Electrocardiographic Changes During Selective Coronary Cineangiography

چکیده
S ELECTIVE coronary angiography is being used with increasing frequency for clinical diagnosis in several forms of heart disease. Except for the works of Ross,' Hale and Jefferson,2 and Lehman and associates,3 there have been no detailed reports in the literature about the electrocardiographic changes accompanying the injection of radiopaque media selectively into the coronary arteries of man. The purpose of this paper is to report the electrocardiographic changes observed in our series of selective coronary angiograms.

Analysis of regional ischemic left ventricular dysfunction by quantitative cineangiography.
The ability of left ventricular angiography to detect regional ischemic dysfunction was assessed in 10 closed-chest dogs during the course of acute balloon occlusion of the anterior descending coronary artery. During the 2-minute period of occlusion, serial cineangiography revealed a sequence of wall motion abnormalities over the anteroapical region almost identical to that observed using direc...

Recurrent ST-segment elevations in leads where new Q waves developed were repeatedly recorded in six patients during a recovery phase of acute myocardial infarction. Such ST-segment elevations were transient, occurred with or without chest pain, and returned to control levels. No enzymatic changes signifying recurrent myocardial necrosis were found after each episode. Selective coronary cineang...
متن کاملSelective coronary and left ventricular cineangiography during intraaortic balloon pumping for cardiogenic shock.
Eleven patients underwent selective coronary and left ventricular cineangiography during intraaortic balloon pumping for acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock. Studies were performed when the clinical and hemodynamic trend predicted in-hospital death. Angiograms were reviewed by dividing the left ventricle into six segments, each with its characteristic coronary perfusion. No patien...
